As the owner representative for the City of Boulder's University Hill General Improvement District (UHGID), STUDIO's team is helping the City convert an existing retail site into a new luxury hotel with below grade parking. The project is anticipated will begin construction in 2018. Our team is representing UHGID during both the preconstruction and construction phases and is responsible for the review of budgets, construction costs, schedule and contract negotiations with the City's joint venture partners.
