After being hired by Mental Health Partners to be their owner's representative in 2013, STUDIO's team assisted MHP with the analysis of multiple properties for acquisition and then completed due diligence, site selection, design team and general contractor selection, construction management, tenant negotiations, FF&E coordination and move-in, all done on time and within budget. This 30,000 SF building and its site at 1000 Alpine Avenue in Boulder was completely remodeled in 2014 with a number of existing medical tenants in place to create a state of the art mental health wellness center. 

 

 

Class A Office Downtown

 

STUDIO Development Services' principal, Jeff Dawson, worked closely with W.W. Reynolds Development to achieve entitlement approval for over 60,000 square feet of leasable office space at 13th and Walnut. The team also took advantage of a rarely used provision in the code to create a courtyard under the building and an additional 15% in leasable floor area in the basement that was previously unrealized during earlier versions of the project. 

STUDIO Architecture was responsible for the design of the Wencel Office Building.
