Class A Office Downtown

 

STUDIO Development Services' principal, Jeff Dawson, worked closely with W.W. Reynolds Development to achieve entitlement approval for over 60,000 square feet of leasable office space at 13th and Walnut. The team also took advantage of a rarely used provision in the code to create a courtyard under the building and an additional 15% in leasable floor area in the basement that was previously unrealized during earlier versions of the project. 

STUDIO Architecture was responsible for the design of the Wencel Office Building.
